LIVING MODERN LIFE STYLE


Today we are going to discuss about positives and negatives of MODERN LIFE STYLE. Every Person have different views and different aspects about modern life style. Some says modern life style is making negative impact on livings , while others says modern life style make life easier. Besides all these things , one of the main part of modern life style involves eating habits. That adversely affects  the healths of people. 

Eating junk foods is very common habit in todays life style. This habit mark a negative psychological impact in life styles of people. Along with this habit, physical activities get limited in todays life. No excercising , no running,limited walking and lazyness,all these things become more negative in life style along with junk food. Reason behind this may be more dependency on machines. Life of people becoming more virtual.

It is true that machines and virtual work not only increases work effeciency but also time saving . But this habit effect the health of people. Personal computers , mobiles have become inseperable part of modern life. But people have become too much dependent on these gadgets . This dependency is adversely changing the brain activities . Which effects the power of thinking and also decesion making . 

Some diseases have become more common in young ages . Heart problems , Blood pressure , Diabities , Neuro problems can be generally seen in young people.

Insomania is also a common problem , we can notice in maximum percent of persons. People work 10 to 12 hours a day. when they return to their beds ,a sound sleep is very necessary in aspect of their mental and physical health. But problem of insomania making people sick. 

On one side this moderisation makes life easy , but on other side we make our lives very narrow. No doubt moderisation is necessary in this changing era , but our habits are ruining our own lives. People should understand that eating food acts as an fuel for this body. it can be true that packaged and junk food are easy to cook and take away packed from resteurants , but these are not a bit beneficial for us .

In the earlier people were healthy and long lived because they used to eat what is necessary for their bodies. They include fresh vegetables and fruits in their foods. But today in fast running lives we always use shortcuts, so as in food also.

Both men and women are too much busy in their lives , their children also getting those habits inheritidly. Their immune system is getting low. They are unable to fight the diseases. Earlier people visit their relatives timely , which makes them human in real sense. But today smart phones makes distance zero but created a big vaccant space in the lives. They make video calls easily and watch easily each other. But they are unable to view lonliness and vaccant spaces making in them. That is drawback of modern life style.


CONCLUSION

It is true that nothing is pure and everything available to eat is either adulterated or artificially developed. But on the other side it is also true that some people are living their lives healthy and naturally. YOGA is a thing that attracts the whole world. Place of yoga in our lives would make our life healthier and peaceful. In this modern living also one can live happier if he or she includes yoga in their life styles.
